1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Naiki K Kaam mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. About Naiki K Kaam
Naiki K Kaam helps verified individuals and families in need. Each month, members may contribute toward active, verified cases through direct bank transfers outside the App.
3. How Donations Work
- We open a verified case and display the person's bank account number.
- You transfer the donation from your own bank app (bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, etc.).
- You return to Naiki K Kaam, enter the amount, and upload a payment screenshot.
- An admin verifies your contribution against the screenshot.
4. User Accounts
- Provide accurate registration information (name, email, profile photo).
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Do not misuse the App, impersonate others, or submit false information.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Donations & No-Refund Policy
Contributions are voluntary donations sent directly by you from your bank app to the account shown on a verified case. Naiki K Kaam:
- Does not collect, hold, or receive your payment.
- Does not provide payment processing or financial services.
- Only records the screenshot and amount you submit for verification.
Donations are non-refundable. Naiki K Kaam is not a bank, financial institution, or investment service.
6. Case Verification
Cases are reviewed by administrators. While we strive to verify information, we do not warrant that all details are complete or error-free. Please exercise judgment when contributing.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Uploading fraudulent payment proofs or misleading information.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App.
- Using the App for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Harassing other users or administrators.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, branding, and content are owned by Naiki K Kaam or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute App materials without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naiki K Kaam and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any donation made through it. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
