Delete your account

Clear steps to remove your Naiki K Kaam account — in the app or by email — and what happens to your data.

Our purpose

Naiki K Kaam is a community help platform. We do not collect money in the app. Your privacy and control over your account matter to us — you can delete your account at any time.

In-app deletion Fastest — Settings → Delete Account.
Email request Processed within 30 days if you cannot sign in.
Permanent Deletion cannot be undone once completed.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open Naiki K Kaam and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation message, enter your account password, and confirm deletion.
  5. Your account will be deleted immediately and you will be signed out.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

  1. Email mrahmedabdullah876@gmail.com with subject Delete my Naiki K Kaam account.
  2. Include the email address and full name registered on your account.
  3. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Data deleted when your account is removed

Data type Action
Firebase login account (email & password) Deleted — you can no longer sign in.
Profile (name, email, photo, location, bio) Deleted from our database.
In-app notifications Deleted.
Your donation/contribution records (amount, screenshot, status) Deleted from case records linked to your user ID.
Points and badges on your profile Deleted.
Push notification tokens Deleted when the account is removed.

Data that may be retained

Data type Retention
Server or security logs (e.g. Firebase/Google Cloud) May be kept up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting, then removed per provider policies.
Support emails about your deletion request Kept up to 12 months to confirm completion, then deleted.
Aggregated, non-identifiable statistics May be retained (e.g. totals per case) without your name or email.

Naiki K Kaam does not sell your personal information. We do not process in-app payments; bank transfers are made by you to beneficiaries outside the app.
