Naiki K Kaam ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Naiki K Kaam mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
2. How Donations Work (No In-App Payments)
Naiki K Kaam does not collect money or process payments inside the app. We are not a payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
- Open verified cases for people in need.
- Display the person's bank account details on each case.
- Let donors transfer money directly from their own bank app to that account.
- Allow donors to upload a payment screenshot and amount for admin verification.
There are no payment integrations, card processing, wallets, or in-app transactions. Your money goes directly to the beneficiary.
3. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, profile photo, and role (user/admin) when you register. We do not collect phone numbers from users.
- Donation records: contribution amounts and payment screenshots you upload after transferring from your bank app (we do not collect card numbers or bank login details).
- Device & usage data: device identifiers, push notification tokens, and app interaction data needed to operate the service.
- Communications: messages you send to us for support.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To verify and display contribution records (screenshots and amounts you submit after bank transfers).
- To send notifications about donations, cases, and account activity.
- To improve app security, performance, and user experience.
- To respond to support requests and legal obligations.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only:
- With administrators to verify donations and manage cases.
- With service providers (e.g. Firebase/Google Cloud) that help us host and operate the App.
- When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
6. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud). We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, update, or delete your personal information.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing where applicable.
- Request account deletion in the App or via our Delete Account page.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
